Personal data is information that can identify, relate to, describe, be associated with, or be reasonably linked directly or indirectly to a particular individual or a household. Information that has been de-identified or aggregated is not personal data.

This category includes names, home addresses, telephone and mobile numbers, email, dates of birth, social security numbers, driver’s license or state identification numbers, bank account information, IP addresses, passport numbers, and other similar identifiers and contact information.
Characteristics of Protected Classification Information
This category consists of characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, including, but not limited to, race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.
This category includes fingerprints, faceprints, or health data.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information
This category includes phone calls, voice mails, text messages, web browsing history, search history, email communications, social media postings, and information regarding an employee’s interaction with a website, application or advertisement on iX.co owned or controlled devices or digital properties (e.g. www.ix.co), or stored on employee’s personal devices that are used for company business.
This category includes location history via devices.
Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, or other similar information
This category includes photos and videos of employees.
Professional or Employment-related Information
This category includes the following types: (i) data submitted with employment applications, including employment history and employment recommendations; (ii) background screening; (iii) work authorizations; (iv) performance and disciplinary records; (v) compensation and bonus data; (vi) benefit plan enrollment and participation; and (viii) leave of absence information, including religious and family obligations, physical and mental health data concerning employee and his/her family members.
Education Information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information (PII) as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)
This category consists of education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
To carry out the purposes outlined above, iX.co may share personal data with third parties, such as background screening vendors, third-party human resource service providers (e.g. Extensis), information technology vendors, benefit plan providers, 401(k) provider, outside legal counsel counsel, and state or federal governmental agencies.
iX.co may add to the categories of personal data it collects and the purposes it uses personal data. In that case, iX.co will update this notice.
